Case: Native Jeans Brand
Nativa Jeans is a brand based in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, with over 20 years of history and a network of 5 physical stores in the state.
We were contacted to create their online structure and manage the brand's expansion in the digital market.
Challenge & Solution
We were contacted by the brand to create its online structure and manage its expansion of sales channels through marketplace management. The first step of the operation was to create a visual identity that represents the brand and the positioning that its more than 20 years of existence have consolidated in the market.
With the visual identity ready, we moved on to creating the e-commerce site. With a simple and intuitive structure, the project was approved in less than 15 days, and we started running the first sponsored campaigns.
After 3 months of operation, we began expanding our channels through our partner marketplaces. Due to the brand's positioning, we chose to start the expansion with DAFITI and KANUI. Today, the brand is already online within these channels, and we are in negotiations to participate in our first marketplace campaigns!
