We started working with BOSSA BRASIL two years ago. Based in Santa Catarina, the brand had a physical store and a manufacturing operation for retailers. We were contacted to develop the brand's online operation, ensuring that the wholesale and retail operations did not cannibalize each other.

The brand's success in online retail was so great that they closed their physical store operations and now operate exclusively online!

Challenge & Solution

We were contacted by the brand to assist them on a challenging journey: building an online operation from scratch.

The company had already been manufacturing parts for retailers for over 20 years and had a physical store in Balneário Camboriu. The first step in developing the operation was creating an e-commerce platform optimized for conversions and a well-segmented traffic operation. Since there was no previous data available for analysis, we had to opt to start the operation a little more slowly, conducting tests and gathering information about audience behavior. Slowly and gradually, we scaled the campaigns and invested in marketplace channels to help generate cash to invest in the e-commerce operation.


After one year of operation, we managed to generate and scale enough sales for the brand to close its physical store operations and invest all its resources in its online operation. We continue to scale and structure BOSSA in the market; the sky's the limit!
