Case : Jay Jay
JayJay is a company belonging to the Joss Group, based in Santos, and was officially launched in 2018.
It was a brand that rose rapidly, but in 2019 it ceased operations due to administrative factors.
We were approached to resume the brand's activities a year and a half after its closure, with the mission of relaunching the brand in the market with a completely remodeled vision of products and concept.
Challenge & Solution
We were approached to revive the brand's activities a year and a half after its closure, with the mission of relaunching the brand in the market with a completely revamped product vision and concept. Our work began with the visual restructuring of the brand; we created a new communication concept and revamped the tone of voice used in the campaigns.
After 3 months of restructuring, the brand was ready to be relaunched on the market.
Its launch faced some difficulties in the first few weeks, but after about a month of operation, conversions began to increase, and today we maintain an average growth of 30% per month in terms of monthly revenue.
The brand still has a lot of room to grow, and we'll be side-by-side with it to make sure that happens.
