We started working with JOSS almost 4 years ago, and from the beginning of this long partnership, the client emphasized the potential they saw in the e-commerce sector. The brand had 4 physical stores and an existing marketplace operation, but lacked an e-commerce structure compatible with the operation's needs.
For one year we worked to structure all aspects of the online operation, mainly traffic generation strategies, brand positioning, and logistics and production processes. The success of the first year was so great that we were able to expand the structure in the second year.
