The biggest challenge of the operation was realigning well-established processes, almost two decades old, to meet the needs of a successful e-commerce operation. Today we are proud to say that JOSS has a very well-structured online operation and, despite having a network of 4 stores on the coast of São Paulo, has established e-commerce as the main channel for monetizing the brand.

It was a rapidly growing brand, but in 2019 it ceased operations due to administrative factors. We were approached to resume the brand's activities a year and a half after its closure, with the mission of relaunching the brand in the market with a completely remodeled vision of products and concept.

The main challenge was to reference the name without being too obvious or simple. By using lighter tones, the logo also became more romantic, yet without losing the strength and essence that the brand wanted to convey.

Working with Dcorai began two years ago, and it was a completely different operation from what we usually see. The brand was formed based on a national dropshipping operation, forming partnerships with national suppliers to handle the production and logistics of the pieces. Design, branding, UX, and trend conceptualization work was carried out to bring this project to life.
