We started working with BOSSA BRASIL two years ago. Based in Santa Catarina, the brand had a physical store and a manufacturing operation for retailers. We were contacted to develop the brand's online operation, ensuring that the wholesale and retail operations didn't cannibalize each other. The brand's success in online retail was so great that they closed their physical store and now operate exclusively online!

Nativa Jeans is a brand based in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, with over 20 years of history and a network of 5 physical stores in the state. We were contacted to create their online structure and manage the brand's expansion in the digital market.

The biggest challenge of the operation was realigning well-established processes, almost two decades old, to meet the needs of a successful e-commerce operation. Today we are proud to say that JOSS has a very well-structured online operation and, despite having a network of 4 stores on the coast of São Paulo, has established e-commerce as the main channel for monetizing the brand.

It was a rapidly growing brand, but in 2019 it ceased operations due to administrative factors. We were approached to resume the brand's activities a year and a half after its closure, with the mission of relaunching the brand in the market with a completely remodeled vision of products and concept.
